Entrevista
Phone screen followed by one-on-one interviews with about a half-dozen people over the course of a few weeks. Interviewers included hiring manager, hiring manager's peers, and peers for the position. Oddly, I never met anyone from HR until after I was hired. (My impression is this is no longer the case.)
