Phone interview with a district team lead. Pretty basic, question here - "are you currently employed?" "what are you looking for in your next position?" "when can you come in for an interview?"
FtF interview with another district team lead. Again, pretty standard interview. Talk for a while, tour the property.
3rd interview with district manager. More of the same questions, another tour of the property.

Once application is approved, you get a phone screen call that have basic questions about availability, transportation etc., then you'll interview with the DM and following that interview you'll either be offered on the spot, told you'll get a call, or something to that effect.

Series of interviews that seem a bit unnecessary. Excessive with the amount of interviews. Easy interviews. They will see your character and your personality, because that matters tremendously to them.

Phone interview which took about ten minutes. Went on to the first interview with a District Team Lead. Got a call to interview with the District Manager. The whole process took maybe 2 weeks and I got the job offer on the spot.
