Application submitted via website, initial phone interview conducted for screening purposes. Follow up phone interview conducted by District Manager, in person interview conducted along with preliminary paperwork for background check, drug testing and a 50 question "exam" covering basic math questions, personality test and a skills check.

It starts with a phone screening, meeting with the District Manager, drug and background check. Answer easy questions during the phone screening with a more in-depth, in person screening with the District Manager.

Simple and conversational. Mostly just pleasantries and a few behavioral scenarios. I found it good, the questions were on topic and not too specific. Great interview process, congrats to HR!
