Great experience. Recruiters reached out to me to explore this opportunity. I am not actively looking for a new position, however, open to new opportunities in my field because growth opportunities come when you least expect them. I had two interview screenings with the recruiters and one scheduled interview with the hiring manager. I had a great experience through and through. My only disappointment was that the hiring manager didn't communicate back to any follow up emails or general courtesies during an interview exchange. After a great connection during an interview that is a let down but it happens. When interviewing, the process goes both ways and certainly is important to have mutual respect for each others time. Overall, great experience. Hiring Manager was enthusiastic about the company, the future of their department and outlook on the organization as a whole. I could tell this Hiring Manager cares about her department and company.

Easy and straight forward. The phone screener was pleasant and warm Asked a few basic questions. The second interview was in person with more detail. The interview was pleasant and nice. Did not grill too hard into any accounting practices
