Entrevista
I applied for this position and got a call back within the week, was asked to go for an in-person interview the following week. I got to the HR building which seemed really nice and filled out paperwork and was told to go to another building to have my interview. I have to say, just walking into the building already made up my mind that I didn't want a job there. The place was very dull, people were not interacting with each other, it was very silent for an engineering building. I was taken to the manager's office who conducted the interview, he seemed very nice and asked me about my undergraduate studies and where I lived. We even started talking about basketball. He then followed up with some very basic electrical engineering questions, and then I finished the interview. This took all of 20 minutes. I received an e-mail a couple weeks later stating I didn't get the job!??

Entrevista
I was interviewed by two different managers, each independently. They asked me about my education and past experience. They asked me general hardware questions, and showed me schematics and asked me what I thought they did. I answered everything very well, and I felt strong about the interview. As I was leaving, I was told that I would hear from them in 3 weeks. Well, 45 days goes by with no word from Extron. I contact the recruiter, and she sets up a second interview. We schedule it for the next week. Three days before the interview, the recruiter leaves me a brief message and says that she needs to cancel my interview because the position has been filled. She said that I could contact her if I had any questions, but now she won't return my messages.
This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. This wasn't an interview, it was a first come - first serve bread line.
