Entrevista
The staff were very nice and helpful, my first interview was at a remote location and the second one was at our corporate office where I was interviewed by one of the directors, the VP of engineering and HR, they were very friendly and even though It was my first job out of college they did not make me feel I don't know anything practical. The questions I was asked were manageable and mostly from what I had learned at school.

Entrevista
The interview was in two halves. The first half was with the hiring manager and went ok. He gave me the tour through the offices and lab. The employees seemed tired and unenthusiastic. I think they'd seen a lot of interview candidates come through.
The second half was with HR, and this was bad. I could immediately see that HR was in total control at this company and the reason for the apparently poor morale. They responded to my answers to their questions with suspicion and skepticism. I was told all employees have to clock in and out, even salaried. They seemed insulted when I told them my salary requirements (I asked for the same salary as the existing job I had, and told them so) and wanted me to justify it. About 10 minutes in to this part of the interview I realized I definitely did not want to work for this company. Yikes.
