It was a general interview process. 3 steps : GM, HR interview and Hiring manager the Interview was not too difficult and everybody were kind and friendly. Can recieve the result within 3 days but it depends on the job and person.

Met with the CSR Supervisor and then the Regional Sales Support Manager. Both interviews were pleasant discussions and both people were very professional and nice. I felt both interviews went very well and I was feeling very positive, especially since I was clearly more than qualified for the position. Then I met with someone from HR and everything I had read in previous job and interview reviews for this company was SPOT ON. The HR rep never introduced herself and was basically rude the entire time. She asked several multiple choice questions, such as "what hours do you prefer to work?, to which I replied that I was available to work any shift. She then just repeated the same question in an angry and demanding voice that one would expect of a character in a movie where the person is playing the part of a hostile office worker. Since I had no idea of the available shifts, I just answered 8 - 5. After a couple more open ended questions, I then just picked the answer I thought they wanted to hear. The HR part of the interview was a disaster, so I would warn people to just pick the best answer and DO NOT try qualify it and offer any additional explanation.
