The position was advertised as a hybrid role, but at the end of the interview I was told it's actually in person. Half of the creative team isn't even located in Colorado. The managers are in California. I was also told the initial interview would be a 30 minute phone call, but it was over Teams instead.

Weird set up. I performed 2 phone interviews. The first one went well but, the call was strictly 30 minutes and I didn't have a lot of time to ask questions. On the second one, the gentleman forgot that he had an interview with me and we had to reschedule. Once we were finally on the phone, it was also strictly 30 minutes, and he did not sound excited about the position or even his position for that matter. The 2 interviewers seem to have a different idea of what the position was for exactly. Strange process.
