It was a very straight forward process, no online tests or video interviews, just two rounds of face-to-face interviews. The interview was conducted with two people, not necessarily from your dicipline of engineering. The questions asked were just the generic SWAT interview questions. The first few questions were based on my CV and then they followed those with situational questions. Overall not an overly hard interview.
