I was interviewed by two people, one was a managing plant director with years of experience whilst the other was a relatively junior engineer. You get questions about your CV and then there are few thoery testing questions. They arent too difficult if you keep calm.

Submitted a 2 page CV to apply to their Expirience ExxonMobil scheme Complete numerical test (I think I completed 18/20 and pretty sure they were all correct) Was invited to a 2:1 Interview with line manager and someone else We had some career talks from people 0-20 years into the company Career fair style to talk to even more people from the differnt business lines, quite informal and informative Could select which business line I was most interested in
