Very demanding interview for a simple customer service job. Company seems disorganized and not respecting of the candidates. The first telephone interview with the recruiter never happened as she emailed me last minute to say we had to postpone to another day. After that, for the next interview with hiring managers, she changed the names of the interviewers twice. Also, she said the interviewers would be 2, but to my surprise they were a panel of 4. All of them very serious and asking questions as if you are applying for a job as CEO of Apple. They made me uncomfortable immediately as the first question was "Why do you change jobs so often? We don't want people who change jobs often". I was at my previous jobs for 2 and 3 years so I disagreed with the interviewer remark. I am now working in finance for a German top employer and the interview was much easier and interviewers were actually nice. If you have a good background do not bother to apply for ExxonMobil in Prague. Probably the hiring managers were rude during the interview as I had better education than them. Finally, they say they are an international company here in Prague with people from many nationalities, but most of the foreign employees are not from Western Europe.

Applied online. After couple of weeks, I got invited for the interview with HR and hiring manager. This was an entry-level job. The interview wasn't difficult and I was asked general questions. For example, what do you know about the company, why are you applying for this position and asked about my education background.
