Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, saying I had the experience they were looking for. I submitted an application and was asked to complete a cognitive and personality assessment. From there, I spent an hour with the recruiter, reviewing my resume and scheduled an interview with the CMO. That interview lasted nearly an hour and was told that I was a good fit for the job and they would get in touch with me for next steps. I later got an email saying I didn’t have the specific experience they were looking for. The whole process was an incredible waste of time as I was approached by the company based on my experience and was told I was a good fit. I would steer clear of this company that blatantly lies and deceives to get free market intelligence and ideas on business development.
