When I first met with Eric, CEO, and Joe, Strategic Director of Client Services and Digital Marketing, they wanted to learn about me personally. They both asked questions to see what made me tick and what/who has shaped me into the person I am today. In the second interview, I was able to ask them questions about EYStudios and understanding how they saw me being apart of the team. I was asked questions concerning my expertise in eCommerce and how I can help potential clients.

Email first with an invitation to do a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and lasted about 20 min. They told me they would be calling back in a few days to let me know if they wanted to do an in person interview. The in person interview was with 2 people and they grilled me with the same basic interview questions as phone interview...but just more of them for over an hour and then I was told I would hear back within the next 2 days either way. I never heard back. Spent a lot of time and effort on this interview process and then heard nothing. Very unprofessional.
