3 stages. Very friendly. Casual. Initial phone interview followed by 2 interviews face to face. Friendly casual chat.
Met existing analysts and team to really get a genuine opinion on team.
One interviewer needs to meet several interviewers within 3-4 rounds. They are nice and easy to get along with.
Need to introduce yourself and dig into the CV experience.
Need to do technical test online.
Personality and mindset Q&A.
IT product demo.
Generally, it is a few rounds of interviews with the Sales head, services team manager, and managing director. Basic chat and see if you fit in their company culture. Asking your past experience and career goals.
