I had a phone interview initially and was invited to an in person interview. This was a couple of years ago. This interview was conducted by two people in a very small room where I was asked questions in quite an aggressive and intimidating way. I was asked questions such as what I had studied and asked to recall sales figures that were years old by this point, unfortunately I can't remember more questions as the overwhelming feeling I remember from this interview is one of feeling very uncomfortable. I left feeling very intimidated and upset. After the interview I didn't get the position but the interviewer e-mailed me to ask me out for coffee, which felt very unprofessional to me. I would not recommend interviewing at this company.
