I applied to the NextGen program and got to the Assessment round. The HR side gave 1 single time slot for the session, which clashed with my exact exam timing. When I ask if there could be alternative time slots or any other method of assessment, they just said they will not schedule another assessment day and decided not to proceed with my application. From my previous experiences, companies would give at least a few time slots for their assessment centres so at least we have some flexibility. I think it is unrealistic to schedule 1 single time slot and expect all candidates to be available.
