We had a jam session in the 1st round and after that, they assign each one of us a topic based on our jam session and then 2nd and final round is personal face to face interview where they were testing your teaching skills and aptitude skills.

The interview process for associate trainer was easy.First round was group discussion...the topic was related to E-Vehicles and the second round was demo..We had to present on any topic that we chose from the given set of topics under coding or aptitude to analyse our teaching capability I guess and then after 3 days I got the offer letter
