I submitted a resume by email along with a cover letter. I got a quick response and arranged to interview within a few days. The interview was on a friday. I met with multiple people one at a time. They asked a lot of questions. One of them asked a question, let me answer, and then sat in silence for what could have been between 30 seconds and 5 minutes. I smiled and let him bask in the silence. It was the best.
