I had a phone screening with a recruiter whom I reached out to, the call went well and I was given an interview date the following week. The interview was a one on one with the manager of my role. I prepared for technical answers but I was only asked "Tell me about yourself, and where do you want to be in 5 years" the bulk of our conversation was learning more about the manager, his role, and the expectations of the internship. There was a lot of given to me to ask questions which I had prepared for and was able to open up some great conversations. I would say that other interviews might look different but I think I stood out by showing that I was motivated to work and not scared to get my hands dirty.

Wasn’t too bad, but the person I talked to seemed very disrespectful and brushed off what I was saying. My interviewer seemed pretentious and it seemed like they were only looking for specific answers.

Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up the interview.
Good chemistry with the hiring manager. I checked off 99% of the boxes only lacking in a small area that could be learned in mere minutes.
Received incredible feedback otherwise.
My advice - be willing to compromise. Never having done a specific task that simply isn’t done almost ever on a daily basis in this field doesn’t necessarily constitute an inability to perform the task.
I also think having a position open for 4 months is very telling that it may not necessarily be a candidate problem - but a management problem.
This position appears for be a 3 for 1 type role. Anyone interviewing here should consider this before considering it.
