Structured. One of my more difficult interviews because of the nature of the process. They ask between 3-5 questions. They did not veer from the questions. Hard to read th interview panel and the session was not very interactive. Could not get a good read on culture and environment and body language was difficult to read. 45-min to 1 hr session. You should tie in your answers to what is on your resume.
