The interview process usually begins with a conversation with the recruiter. During this stage, the recruiter will ask about your background, previous experience, technical skills, and career interests. They will also provide an overview of the role, explain the responsibilities and expectations, and discuss the next steps in the interview process. This initial discussion helps determine whether your experience and goals align with the position and the company’s needs.
First, there was a behavioral section where they explained what the job is about and a few questions to see if you're suited for it, followed by a technical proctored HackerRank assessment that included multiple-choice questions, one Java class, one DSA question, and two SQL questions. Finally, there was a strength-based behavioral assessment with six questions.

Entrevista
First round interview. Pure HR interview (only 15mins and 10 mins late) without any tech questions. I don’t think they were very serious about it. It seemed like the HR just wanted to complete his daily tasks.
