Entrevista
Recieved a call from their recruiting team one day after I submitted my application, which was to schedule a prelimiary phone interview with the same recruiter.
The phone interview was simple and took about 20 minutes. The recruiter asked questions such as "What do you know about FDM and its Academy Program? Why Java Developer?" and the infamous "Tell me about yourself" and "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?". I was then scheduled to come in for the Assessment Day the following week.
The Assessment Day began with brief presentations from HR and the recruiting team about FDM, its contracts, and pay within the 2-year contract. We then proceeded to do the 20-minute Math test (simple high school math, but I agree that the GCSE Math Mock Exam was a very helpful tool to refresh my memory). Then came the two 1:1 interviews, where they kept everyone else busy with logical riddles until lunch. The day ended with the two remaining exams, which are extremely easy as long as you refresh your memory with set notation.
The Assessment Day ran longer than expected and they don't feed you untili lunch, so be sure to bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated. The behavioural 1:1 test was very laidback compared to the technical test, where they're really just fishing for terms and determining your basic knowledge with Java/SQL/anything you put on your resume.

The interview for me was done over the phone. I don't remember who interviewed me, but they went out of their way to make the interview as comfortable as possible. The questions were pretty standard for someone who knows has sufficient technical skills. I didn't quite do well when it came to communicating my points but I did use that experience and improved myself for the next interview.

Started with a telephone interview which asked about background and some brain teasers.
This was then followed up with an Assessment Centre on site at their office. The AC began with an aptitude and set notation test and followed by three separate interviews. Entire AC took about 4 hours.
