First step: basic phone interview Second step: do the 5 hour assessment process (1 apt test, 1 math test, 1 venn diagrams) and 2 interviews with the trainer and account manager Third step: if you barely passed, they give you a call telling you to schedule a third interview on skype Fourth: Skype interview with another hiring manager Last: They won't respect you enough to reply back if you didn't get the job :)
