It was much quicker than most companies. I first applied online and then I got a call the next few days after for a screening. They wanted to ask whether I was geographically flexible. After i passed the telephone screening, I had a video interview. When they like your answers for that one, they will invite you to go to their assessment centre in wherever you prefer.

The interview was tedious. It relied on these weird strength questions that seemed to be designed for me to just repeat what was on my CV. It was time consuming yet fairly trivial.
