I was contacted by a recruiter who informed me about the Graduate Program that FDM group offers. I had an online interview. There were 6 questions, most of them about your personality rather than the company itself.

Online video which was fairly straight forward, good communication with recruiter. In person assessment was organised well and interviews were fair, wasn’t overly challenged to be honest but it was a good experience.

Had a 7 minutes phone call followed by a 25 minute video call. Waiting for getting an email from their assessment center. Assessment will be online and is the last step of their recruitment.

The recruiter was friendly and gave me good feedback.
But once you fail the interview, you cannot apply for 3 months.
