Becasue of the long distance. I only got one online test and other five telephone interviews in Asian area. And no on-site interview. One phone from HR and others comes from the academic trainers. The questions are some fundamental IT questions that you can find them online. Just preparing them will pass the interview.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
