Entrevista
A relatively simple phone interview that lasted for around 10 minutes. There were a few basic questions such as why chose FDM? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Why do you want to work in the IT industry?
The next stage is the assessment centre. First there was a short presentation about FDM. Then the candidates had a 30 minutes GCSE level maths test. Once that was completed there was 3 separate interviews which lasted about 5 minutes each. Each interview was based on a different topics. Then finally there was 2 more tests, the first of which was the aptitude and technical test and the final test was the Venn diagram.

It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.

The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
