I applied not knowing what a shady company FDM Global is, then I completed some tests and 2 interviews, then upon getting this unheard of type of offer I was given 2 days to respond. They claim to train and deploy professionals but they do this at your cost. You will be making 1/3 of the amount of money as you could at some companies and have little to no say about your location for two years. They say they offer competitive pay, but what? And if you terminate your contract before the two years, you owe them $30k. Literally this is unheard of. In my point of view they take advantage of college grads who are struggling to get a job or people who feel stuck in a career they don’t want and want a change. I also felt rushed through this whole process which. The offer was so terrible I declined it the second I read it.
