Friendly environment. A short presentation, everyone had to introduce themselves (name, degree, something exciting about them). The day consisted of interviews with 2-3 interviewers (mainly competency based - what would you do on your day off/why did you chose the degree you did etc. and technical based - challenges technology faces & what solutions can you offer to it). There were three tests: A VERY simple maths test (Which is one of many reasons that put me off accepting the offer (addition/subtraction/multiplication/pythagors theorem/fractions/decimals/division). A technical test (I have no coding/it knowledge whatsoever but according to my recruiter I did very well in this- did no preparation for it apart from researching basic techno. definitions eg.sql/html...). Final test was a venn diagram test, do look at more complicated videos than the one they send you to prepare for the final Q. (I think it was: there are 120 ID cards at a school. Those whose ID numbers are a multiple of two study maths, those whose ID numbers are a multiple of five study physics, those whose ID numbers are a multiple of 7 study physics. i think they ask you to find how many study each/all/both etc.) The day is long (a lot of waiting until it is your turn) and they don't offer lunch. Nice office, nice view. But didn't get that corporate vibe.

It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
