Day event organised by uni. Interviewed by graduates. Exam with easy questions, overall they want to hire you. Easy to pass as they are not paying you until you land a job for them
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
