Was a straightforward and easy process to follow. The interview process was divided into 2 sections one for technical and one for behavior. Having maximum timing for 30 min each. On the same day, there were other interviews as well so it depends on your turn that you will first behavior or tech interview.

The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
