Entrevista
I did a one-way virtual interview. It included several questions to answer one by one in 2 min respectively. Questions are more about showing your characteristics in work and learning instead of very concrete technical questions. There was also an aptitude test along with it.

Very basic questions, such as describing yourself and explaining your passion in the technology industry, etc.
The behavioral part of the interview went smoothly. It was an online interview and my camera had trouble working, but the interviewer was very kind and understanding of the situation.

Entrevista
I applied for the position on a Sunday and they replied back to me on next Monday with a Calendly link to book my first phone interview time. While booking my interview time, they specifically asked me about three things, first if I am ok with a 2 year agreement, second if I ok with a potential relocation and third when is my earliest available start date. During the interview, there was a huge background noise from their office that I could hardly hear my interviewer, that was the downside of the interview but the interviewer was pretty chill and nice which was the upside of the interview.

It was basically my first interview with them and they started with asking me about my background which was technically explaining my resume to them. Then they asked me about the languages I use and I told them which languages I am comfortable with i.e. Java C++ Python Excel ...
Then they asked me about my skills in software development . This part was a little bit unclear to me but I answered what I knew about data structure and algorithms (I just mentioned the name of the topics I knew and it was fine with them)
Later they again asked me about the 2 year commitment and relocation (I explain them in the previous part). About the 2 year commitment they mentioned the job will start with a 12-14 weeks of training which is paid by minimum wage i.e. $15/HR , then the next 8 months is $50K and then it will increase . The salary compensation was as disappointed to me as I didn't follow up the rest of their plan for 2 years but I guess he mentioned their plan for the entire two years. He also told me the company will pay 4K relocation fee plus cost of the ticket in case I consider relocating.
At the end they asked me why I decided to chose FDM.
For the next step they sent me a link for the development pathway assessment which was included two parts, first a stream specific aptitude test (30 min estimated completion time) and second a video interview (20 min estimated time completion).
