I was applied for an Java Developer in Asian. There are three interviews totally. But I just came through one, and they may recommend you if you performed very well in a interview, I think. The first and the second interview was mainly focus on your technical skills, and the last one focus on the general questions.

Entrevista
Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
