Ingesamt sehr angenehm. Es gab vorab ein kurzes telefonat, um allgemeine Fragen zu klären und die Englischkenntnisse zu bestättingen. Anschliessend wird man zu einem Assessment Day eingeladen. Hier bekommt man eine Aufgabe, die gelöst werden muss. Es gibt einen Test und ein Vorstellungsgespräch.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.

3 or 4 rounds of interviews. Starts off with a phone, then a technical online test, An interview with the hiring manager, then another 2 interviews at the assessment centre (behavioural and technical),
