The process began with a phone interview with the HR Manager. He was pleasant with his approach. He was easy to talk to. He informed me that his questions were based on a questionnaire that apparently provides enough information to determine whether candidate moves to the next level. The questions were straight forward. The interviewer expressed his concern with the commute. In fact, the commute was the first item to be discussed before the actual interview. I applied for this position with the understanding that it would be in the Columbia, MD location (as stated in the online description). To my surprise, the position was actually in Linthicum, MD - that was the deal breaker.
