Entrevista
I was notified by phone the day before that i had been scheduled for an interview. So prep, was extremely limited. I asked the HR Personal how long the interview will take and he responded 30 mins. Day of the interview, it was initially a 1 person interview. The interviewer was really ambiguous since he never once told me the job responsibilities of the position. After that was over, i was ushered into a room, and then another room for a second interview. So i thought the going was good, and then blank it was over. I was notified a week after as they said. Also the turnaround was so quick that it left no room to be comfortable and gather oneself. It seemed to me they were shuttling cattle in my experience. It so happens that it was an Agency wide hiring event.

Virtual panel of 3 FEMA employees. Round robin questions - 7 total. Follow up to your answers not allowed. Time for your own questions at the end. Only one round

Very easy but structured and detailed for the position. It involved multiple level questions from about 6 people. It was an overall pleasant experience. I was not selected for the positions

Asked a lot of detailed questions about experience with excel. Asked about emergency management experience and the handling of caseloads. It was an interview panel of 2. Heard back with job offer in about 2 months.
