Unfortunately, I had an unprofessional experience during the intial application review stage. I received an email from an FHI 360 recruiter (about 2 weeks after I applied for the Program Officer II position) to complete a questionnaire document comprised of approximately 4 questions. I followed up with the recruiter the next day to send my completed document however, I was completely ghosted as I never received an update regarding next steps. This is the 2nd time this has occured after applying for a different position over a year prior.
