Showed up at a BJ's and found my self next to two other guys waiting to be interviewed. The entire time I was told this was not a on floor sales position while it totally was. Unless you are actually looking to be on the sales floor at a BJ's this isn't for you. The employer showed up and started telling us what he what he was looking for and what the job role would be. Not a horrible experience. However, I felt like it was bait and switch for them to get me there.

Be careful who you speak to and what information they give you. I spoke to a Talent Acquisition Specialist over the phone who said this was a marketing position with a base salary of $50-60k annually at the showroom. Upon arrival, you’ll notice there is no showroom. Once interviewed, they reveal the position pays 100% commission, no salary. If you’re going to hire individuals on commission based pay be sure to advise them before they drive to your location. I drove 30+ min only for them to reveal this which should have been in the job posting or discussed over the phone.
