The overall process is Average.Java and OOPS concept needs to be precise. The project should be there in the resume.
First round was online coding test. Around 1600 candidates appeared for the test for various positions, out of which 22 were shortlisted for the next round which was one on one PI. After this round 5 were selected out of 22 for next technical round. Finally for HR round 3 were selected.
