I applied online and got an email to schedule a 30-minute conversation. She was late, giving us half the expected time, but she did make time for a second conversation later that day. We had a lively and healthy talk, though I believe she struggled to follow what I was saying from a technical standpoint. She said I should expect to hear from her within a week. I didn't, gave a few days, then followed up one a week for three weeks with no response. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you speak with someone and tell them to expect a communication in a certain timeframe, you should move mountains to make sure they get the communication. This isn't Junior High School.
