Horrible. An engineer will spend and invest valuable time over a number days working on a take home assignment that never even gets setup or tested and you get a very bland email response without any feedback that unfortunately we won't be moving on with the process. This is evil. How do you let another person spend so much time on a piece of work in an interview process and not even have the decency to set it up and run it and provide feedback. Tech companies need to stop this crap.
