I applied for the role and was reached out to a week or so later to schedule an interview with the recruiter. She was 5 mins late, read off a script, and had her camera off the entire time. It was a pretty strange experience for a company that is big on community and public outreach. I sent a follow up thanking her for her time and offered to provide a portfolio of my work. I never heard back. I was ghosted.
