Phone interview with the Front End Developer lead. She tested me on how well I understood CSS & HTML. After that interview, I was called in to have a 1:1. It went really well. Kenn and Josh (Steve wasn't available at the time) were very casual; laid back. They made me feel pretty comfortable, even though I was still completely nervous (I really wanted this role).
