Subsequent telephone interview with department manager clarified and expanded upon the initial conversation, detailing the current training development process. Next step: In-person interview / presentation of sample training program with immediate supervisor and department manager; again, interviewers provided more detailed explanation of the process. Last step: In-person interview with Division Director and other department managers to clarify the position of the training department within the division and the organization as a whole. All employees with whom I came into contact were professional and courteous and were generous with their time and explanations.
