Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa FINRA.
Entrevista
Their vendor reached out for a (possible conversion) role and setup some time to chat.
As I had highly relevant experience, was quickly moved me to the 1st Screen (with an Architect) and then a 2nd Screen (with HM).
2 Days after the 2nd Screen I was told, the interview(s) went well and we will let you know the next steps ASAP.
Well the ASAP never came and after following up I (a highly experienced candidate) was told by frustrated recruiter - "you need to wait your interview weren't that fantabulous". So I waited & waited.
Then was told, FINRA has now opened up the role (just to complete a cycle) to other vendors, and we will let you know ASAP. Again, the ASAP never came and they completely ghosted me; only to one day respond to my follow-ups to say, we can understand the frustration and (again) will let you know ASAP.
This experience with FINRA (and their vendors) had made me realize they are either not aware of what kind of brand impression this behavior leaves OR simply don't know how to recruit (highly tenured / experienced) people in Tech.
Please avoid.
