I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with the HR recruiter. Very basic get to know the company. The second was with a VP and director for the team I'd be working on. A 30 minute interview where I was asked about my background, a little get to know you, and understand about the company and potential clients I would work on. The third and final interview was with 2 team members that work on the client team I would be assigned. Again a 30 minute get to know you interview!
