It was a easy process for me. Nothing was unusual, confidence and communication skill were the top most criteria for the selection.

Nothing unusual, Simple .Net questions, Challenges in previous role, Few situation based questions.
Three rounds with first two round as technical rounds. Last round was Project Manager round which comprised of general personality related questions.
Test of domain knowledge through assignment was given. Applied for the postition of Instructional design.
