I interviewed around mid-October. It started with a video call from the recruiter talking about my experiences/background and about the program. The recruiter told me that the next round was supposed to be with the hiring manager and then the final round would be with someone on the team. The next round was actually another video call with two people in the program (I was only supposed to be interviewed by one person). After that, I was told that I would be contacted within a week. I never heard back even after sending in a follow-up email.

Interviewed by a team of four managers from different areas in the organization - from technology, operations and lines of business. The interviews where lined up one after another and lasted for an hour each. After the interview the final one was with the HR recruiter.
