I completed the initial phone interview, another screening interview with a current engineer, and a full panel interview. All were conducted online. The recruiters listed out the interview steps with extremely clear details, including when to expect what, what the focus of each interview was, who the interviewers were, and they even offered to personally help me test the meeting software ahead of time to ensure that I could enter the interviews trouble-free. Besides the initial recruiter's call and the second screening, there were four interviews. One technical on coding and development. Another technical on software architecture. One soft skill on cross-functional partnership. The last one was with a technical leadership interview with one of their directors of software development engineering. Even though in the end, I did not receive any offer, the interview experience was extremely positive. The recruiters provided clear guidance, and each step was cleanly defined. I had a great time speaking to all of the interviewers, and I truly believe their interview process should be adopted as the industry standard!
