Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela FISC (Sheffield, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2021

So many red flags here:
* The company purports to be a web development firm, but conducts screening by having candidates fill in a MS Word document, to be returned by email.
* Despite applying for a Python role, I was sent a technical test - in the form of a Google drive archive - with clear instructions to fill in the Javascript section. I filled in the Javascript section, sent it back, and was then sent an irritable email telling me to go back and fill in the Python section.
* I had two Google Meet interviews: as another candidate has described, the interviewer had clearly not read my CV/GitHub/LinkedIn/etc, and was rude and dismissive throughout both.
* The interviewer took every opportunity, in both interviews, to denigrate my skills and experience.
* The interviewer took visible pleasure in upbraiding me over my apparent ignorance on an obscure technical question. I looked up this question after the interview, to find that I was right and he was wrong. I pointed this out in an email, only to get - I should have seen this coming - a rude and dismissive response.
I would echo another candidate's sentiment that I dodged a bullet here.

Technical test: Fizzbuzz, non-unique list elements, password strength. Nothing too difficult.
Interview: Expect some fairly searching questions about the intricacies of Python, Git, Javascript, Linux networking and HTTP.

Received a pre interview screening form by email to rate abilities through a recruiter.
Then asked in for a face to face interview with CTO and Lead Dev, this started with a technical test around 30 minutes in length, I was asked to complete three fairly easy exercises.
All tests required pytest tests to pass.
1. FizzBuzz
2. Remove non-unique numbers from a list ie ['1', '2', '3', '1'] == ['1', '2', '3']
3. Password Checker - Ensure items in a list were either good or bad password using Regex
They use python 2, although this shouldn't matter in regards to the exercises.
I managed to failed each test unfortunately this led to a rather rude lead tech and an interview cut short.
Very inconsiderate of others time and inability to check CV/Github, they didn't have time apparently.
Either way, dodged a bullet here.

The interview process began with a phone screen interview. I was told it was narrowed down to half a dozen candidates. The questions focused primarily on previous experience/knowledge and how it would relate to present industry, job. The major concern for the shareholders, was my ability to pick up the industry trade and be able to seel this effectively in as little time as possible.
